Patient care is endangered in Pennsylvania by our crippled high-risk specialty physician network. Access to specialty medical care for trauma and head injuries, abdominal and vascular catastrophes, bone and joint disease or complicated deliveries continues to decline in Pennsylvania. Skyrocketing medical liability insurance premiums, the constant threat of frivolous lawsuits, and the conditions imposed on medical practice by health insurer dominance are seriously jeopardizing patient access to care and threatening medical innovation and progress. 3PSC aims to alleviate these conditions through multiple forms of public education about the issues as well as directly advocating to elected officials.
